June 2022’s free PlayStation Plus games have been teased early by a Spanish website.

The monthly PlayStation Plus free games are usually leaked by Deallabs member billbil-kun, but this month they said that they wouldn’t be revealing June’s games until May 31.
However, they did warn that users shouldn’t “buy games for children (or teenagers), or ultra popular games”, which fits in with Areajugones’ claims.
If the report is true, then the addition of God of War will mainly be of benefit to PlayStation 4 owners, because the game is already included as part of the PS Plus Collection, a selection of PS4 games that PS5 owners can claim.
Sony has given no indication that the PS Plus Collection will be ending any time soon.

Free PlayStation Plus games will still continue to be offered every month after the service undergoes its revamp in June, Sony has confirmed.
Sony’s new PlayStation Plus structure will launch for PS4 and PS5 in June, structured across three payment tiers: Essentials, Extra and Premium.
The Essentials tier will offer the same benefits as the current PS Plus service, including ‘free’ PS4 and PS5 games every month, online multiplayer access and PS Store discounts.
The Extra tier adds access to a catalogue of PS4 and PS5 games, which can be downloaded similar to Xbox Game Pass.
Finally, the Premium tier adds a selection of PS1, PS2 and PSP games to download and PS3 games via cloud streaming.
