Something bad happened and it's really bothering me. So I purchased the Fishing Planet: First Steps Float Bundle on the PlayStation Store for free and then right after I purchased it, it says that the content is not available for purchase despite already owning it which you can see in the picture in the link below. I then contacted PlayStation Support and they removed the license for the content but now it still says that it's not available for purchase despite already owning the content. I should be able to re-purchase the content and get an entitlement for the license again but this is not the case.
So now I'm in a weird situation, I no longer own the license for the content according to PlayStation Support but it still says that I own the content on the PlayStation Store. PlayStation Support cannot reverse what they did and restore my license for the content unfortunately. I tried everything from restoring my licenses to rebuilding the database to even factory resetting my console. It still says that the content is unavailable for purchase despite already owning it. Like I said before which is really odd, I no longer own the license for the content anymore even though I still own the content itself on the PlayStation Store. Is this the end of the world? Should I create a new account and start fresh because of this?
