The latest entry in the Borderlands franchise, Tiny Tina's Wonderlands, released on March 25. Though technically a spin-off revolving around the popular Borderlands character Tiny Tina, the new game seems to have as much content as a mainline title in the franchise. Focusing around the fantasy world fans may be familiar with from the Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep DLC for Borderlands 2, the latest entry in the franchise fleshes out the place of Tina's imagination, transporting players to a different Borderlands experience from what they may be used to.
With plenty of looting and shooting, though, Borderlands fans are sure to recognize the features of Tiny Tina's Wonderlands as soon as they load the game up. Apart from the typical gameplay of shooting enemies with a vast amount of explosions and elemental effects, jokey dialogue, and the cell-shaded graphics fans usually associate with Borderlands, Tiny Tina's Wonderlands also features free loot for players in the form of SHiFT codes.

SHiFT codes are used to give players of Borderlands games keys that they can use to open up a chest found in the hub area of each game. Once opened, the chest provides players with some rare and valuable loot, though it is important to note that the loot given in SHiFT code keys scales alongside the player's level, so some may want to hold off on rapidly opening chests in the early levels of a game. Borderlands 3 is still seeing SHiFT codes being given out to players to access free loot.
