The upcoming fourth season of the hit sci-fi series Stranger Things has released its official trailer. The fourth season of the Netflix series, which stars Millie Bobby Brown, Finn Wolfhard, Caleb McLaughlin, Gaten Matarazzo, Noah Schnapp, and Sadie Sink, will be divided into two parts. Its first is set to release on the streaming platform in late May, with the second volume released in early July.

The new Stranger Things trailer from Netflix starts with the setting in Hawkins Lab from season 3, where Jim Hopper (David Harbour) appeared to sacrifice himself to save the town. It also introduces a massive clock that reappears several times throughout the trailer. These opening scenes are accompanied by a chilling voiceover that says, «You've broken everything. Your suffering is almost at an end.» It then cuts to Max (Sink), who reads an emotional letter to her late brother's grave about the struggles the group of teens had since his passing in season 3. The trailer then slowly brings the Hawkins gang back together as they become aware of a heightened threat that only they have the knowledge to stop.
