Final Fantasy Cosplayer Has Fans Choose Between Aerith & Yuna

Healers are an integral part of most RPG adventure games, and both Aerith and Yuna fulfill this role in their respective games. Aptly named, the healers' role within the group is to keep their friends alive by healing wounds and casting other helpful spells.
Yuna is a protagonist from Final Fantasy X and FFX-2, where she was known as a summoner with the power to summon powerful creatures called aeons. She brings peace to the world alongside her guardians, and one of many prices she has to pay to do so is losing her ability to summon the aeons. She also loses the man she loves, Tidus. In Final Fantasy X-2 however, she has to destroy her beloved aeons one by one as they have started attacking people, all along her journey to find Tidus again. Meanwhile, Aerith is from Final Fantasy 7, andshe is all that remains of a magical race called the Centra. She is hunted by the Shinra Electric Power Company, which wishes to exploit her powers for their own gain. While on the run from them, she meets the main character of FF7, Cloud Strife, who becomes her friend and protector.

Professional cosplayer and Twitch Partner Jahara Jayde had her fans choose which Final Fantasy healer cosplay they preferred. This isn't the only time that Jayde has asked her fans to pick favorites, and far from the first time she has cosplayed a Final Fantasy 7 character.
