Unlike Vice City and San Andreas, there are no in-game rewards for achieving 100% completion in Grand Theft Auto 3. There are, however, plenty of bonuses for completing some of the smaller tasks that contribute towards 100% completion, not to mention a myriad of trophies/achievements for players to unlock. For many players, it's not even about the rewards anyway, but instead, the bragging rights earned through having mastered such an iconic game.
