Everything Announced at the September 2022 PlayStation State of Play

Sony’s September 2022 State of Play had a whole array of announcements, trailers, and reveals. Given how it can all be hard to keep track of, here’s everything that was announced at the PlayStation State of Play on September 13, 2022.

Sony officially announced, the newest entry in the long-running series. It is coming to PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

This enhanced version of the popular VR game is coming in 2023 to PS VR2 (and likely other VR headsets, too).

This new tabletop RPG will be coming “soon” to PS VR2.

This title was previously a PS3 and PS4 title in Japan, but is now coming to other territories on (at least) PS4 and PS5 in February 2023.

The trailer had an exclusive quest for PlayStation owners.

This new “run-based, first-person driving survival game” is coming to PS VR2 and PC next year.

Sony detailed its previously announced PlayStation Stars system, which lets players earn rewards by completing tasks. It will be launching in some Asian territories in late September and in Europe and the Americas in the following weeks.

This new mech-focused action game is releasing on PS5 in 2023.
