Eternals star, Lia McHugh has revealed that the film's director, Chloé Zhao, organized for the cast to go and see Harry Styles in concert after they learned of his casting. The Marvel Cinematic Universe upped Phase 4's stakes with the release of 2021's Eternals, which features a plot that spans the course of around 7,000 years and sees the film's star-studded cast take on the incredibly powerful Celestials. While the film itself received a somewhat mixed response from audiences and critics alike, Eternals performed relatively well at the box office given the ongoing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on movie theatres, passing $400 million in total earnings.
Zhao's Eternals comprised of an instantly recognizable cast that included the likes of Gemma Chan, Angelina Jolie, Kumail Nanjiani, Salma Hayek and Richard Madden as the titular heroes. Arguably one of the biggest additions to the cast came in one of the film's exciting post-credits scenes, in which Styles was formally introduced in a cameo that many fans had speculated could be on the cards for months prior to the film's release. The short but exciting scene saw Styles make his MCU debut as Starfox, also known as Eros, the brother of Thanos, and certainly teased a very exciting future within the upcoming phases of the MCU.

Now McHugh, who plays the Eternal named Sprite, has shared that Zhao organized for the cast to go and see Harry Styles in concert in London. During an exclusive interview withScreen Rant, the young star shared that Zhao kept Styles' casting a secret right up until he was due to begin filming.
