Developer and publisher Epic Games has raised more than $100 million for humanitarian relief for Ukraine.
The milestone was announced on Twitter, revealing that it had brought in this much money as of March 29th. Between March 20th and April 3rd, Epic said that it would be donating all proceeds from Fortnite to charities Direct Relief, UNICEF, the UN World Food Programme and the UNHCR, the UN's refugee agency. In addition, the company is also donating money to World Central Kitchen.
By March 22nd, Epic had raised $50 million for these causes.
At the time, Ukrainian vice prime minister Mykhailo Fedorov said: "Thank you Epic Games for understanding that people's lives are not a game. Your support is crucially important for us."
