Almost every person who is employed is a member of the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO). EPFO members can avail several benefits offered by the organisation via various schemes including provident fund (PF). Also, all the members of EPFO are provided with the facility of PF nomination in order to ensure social security of the family members of the subscribers. You can even change your existing EPF nomination and file a new one online by visiting the official website of EPFO at epfindia.gov.in. It needs to be noted that the new EPF nomination will remove the previous nominations and the latest nomination detail provided will be considered as the final one by the EPFO.
As of now, an EPFO member can submit EPF, EPS nomination digitally by logging in at the official EPFO website, hence there is no need for the subscriber to ask EPFO to change its PF nominee. The PF account holder can do this on his own by filing a new PF nomination. You will require the following documents while filing for the nomination.

For members: Activated and Aadhaar linked UAN, mobile number linked with Aadhaar card and updated member profile with photograph and address.
For nominee: Scanned photo, Aadhaar, bank account number, IFSC code and address are required.
To change EPF nominee online at epfindia.gov.in, here are the steps you will have to follow.
Go to the official EPFO website or click on the link - epfindia.gov.in.
After this select the 'Service' option and then select the 'For Employees' option.
Click on 'Member UAN/ Online Service (OCS/OTP).
You will then have to login with your UAN and password.
After logging in select 'E-nomination' available under ' Manage
