Elden Ring Trick Lets Players Farm a Ton of Runes Easily
A lot of Elden Ring players have tried to find the best way to get runes throughout the game, so they can level up and become more powerful. Recently, a Reddit user, 5starvillain, uploaded a clip that shows a surprising way to obtain up to 175,000 runes in less than two minutes in Elden Ring.
FromSoftware's Elden Ring has been out for almost two months now, and many gamers have been enjoying it. Unlike most RPGs, Elden Ring players level up by collecting runes, which are usually obtained by finding items and defeating enemies or bosses. Once they have enough runes to level up, fans must go to a Site of Grace and choose which Attribute Point to level up. The choices are Vigor, Mind, Endurance, Strength, Dexterity, Intelligence, Faith, and Arcane, all of which increase certain stats, like HP or Stamina. A lot of fans have shared what they think the best places to farm runes are, and 5starvillain discovered an unexpected method to get them.

5starvillain begins this rune-collecting method by going to the Site of Grace at Palace Approach Ledge-Road, a location in the Mohgwyn Palace. There is an escarpment on the South of the Site of Grace that they climbed on while riding Torrent, the mount that players can use to quickly travel around the Lands Between. Once they got to the top of the cliff, 5starvillain jumped off of it on the other side and began swinging their weapon.
While players would often die upon falling from a great height, 5starvillain went through the escarpment on the other side of the cliff and kept falling for an entire minute as they continued swinging their blade. 5starvillain eventually opened up their map and returned to the Site of Grace at Palace
