According to game files unearthed by Twitter user JesterPatches, Elden Ring once had a bestiary for a wide variety of enemies and animals. Elden Ring plays host to countless enemy types, from gargantuan monsters and foot soldiers to deadly knights and ethereal beings. Of course, the vast majority of these creatures regularly prove themselves difficult to defeat. Even the most skilled of Souls players struggle from time to time, yet the thrill of such experiences comes from learning the enemy's attack patterns and discerning their weaknesses.
Elden Ring hit store shelves a little over a month ago for PC, PlayStation, and Xbox platforms. It's already secured itself a place on the shortlist for Game of the Year contenders, too, with many labeling it a masterpiece. And if the critical acclaim and praise of users wasn't enough, the title continues to sell like hot cakes across all platforms. In less than three weeks on the market, in fact, Elden Ring managed to shift 12 million units worldwide.

The bestiary does, however, include the likes of demi-humans, Godskins, nobles, animals, and soldiers. JesterPatches' post reads as follows:
