FromSoftware’s latest RPG has been the source of plenty of wild hijinks since it finally launched to blockbuster sales and overwhelmingly positive critical reception in February, thanks in no small part to its online multiplayer and open-world setting that allow players all around the world to invade each other’s worlds and engage in epic PVP battles.
Another source of entertainment is Elden Ring’s surprisingly in-depth character creation suite, which allows players to model their Tarnished after virtually any historical figure or fictional character they can imagine. This has resulted in the Lands Between seeing a wide range of visitors from other gaming and entertainment franchises, from fitting crossovers like Gandalf from Lord Of The Rings and Ciri from The Witcher 3 to more outlandish guest appearances like Nigel Thornberry of The Wild Thornberrys and Ross Gellar from Friends. Now, it appears that even Jesus has descended from his heavenly kingdom to bless the many lost souls wandering Elden Ring’s open-world landscape — at least before challenging them himself in a bid to become the Elden Lord.
