Elden Ring Invader Hides In A Bush For Hours To Spite AFK Rune Farmer
Those who like to dabble in Elden Ring PvP will have likely encountered an AFK rune farmer. These pesky little Tarnished have become the bane of pretty much every Elden Ring invader, to the point where players were recently sharing ways to deal with them on Reddit. Many of these methods were quite creative and brutal, but one Redditor has now shared his more slow and spiteful method that requires just a hint of patience on the invader's part.
Redditor Teasnarker has become the hit of the Elden Ring subreddit as they describe the way they hid inside a bush for several hours just to stop an AFK rune farmer from getting an unjust payday. If you're unaware what an AFK rune farmer is, it's when players get themselves into impossible to reach places, use a Furled Finger, and then go do something else while invaders give up or are killed by Defenders so they recieve runes for doing absolutely nothing.

Teasnarker is one such invader that has become increasingly fed up with these individuals, so has decided to start farming the farmers themselves. By picking out a nice big bush and using Mimic's Veil, Teasnarker completely disguises themselves and bamboozles any Defenders that arrive into giving up and going home. This gives Teasnarkers runes and Furled Fingers instead, drastically reducing the amount of runes earned by the host.
In a display of sheer pettiness, Teasnarker proceeded to do this for literal hours, watching other Invaders and Defenders go by as they enjoyed the comfort of their bush.
