Elden Ring: How To Complete Sorceress Sellen Questline
Sorceress Sellen is one of the first mentors you can meet at the beginning of Elden Ring that will let you purchase sorceries. She's located within Limgrave as an outcasted witch from the infamous Raya Lucaria Academy. Following her questline will allow you to unlock more sorcery and find armor fit for a mage.

You can't complete Sorceress Sellen's questline within Limgrave, though. You can start it there but must progress through the map up until Mt. Gelmir to be able to progress any further. Check everything you need to know about this powerful sorceress and her tasks in this guide.
It's worth mentioning that Sellen can be found in two different areas at the same time. This isn't a bug. To speak with her and buy spells, you must interact with her at Waypoint Ruins, but Sellen can also be found at Witchbane Ruins in South Limgrave. This version of Sorceress Sellen is a later part of her questline. It's important to not bother this Sellen yet. Even jumping on her can kill her, making you unable to complete her quest.
Also, you must have defeated Rennala, Queen of The Full Moon and Starscourge Radahn to complete Sorceress Sellen's questline.
Sorceress Sellen is located in a cellar below Waypoint Ruins. As you can see on the map image above, Waypoint Ruins is East of Agheel Lake. You'll bump into two trolls tugging along a carriage with a small army behind them on your way there. You can completely ignore them and head up the hill. Waypoint Ruins is full of poisonous, aggressive flowers. You can go behind the ruins to find and range attack the flowers.
