Plenty of Ghost Glovewort (1), (2), and (3) can be found throughout the Lands Between in catacombs and certain open-world areas. They can also be purchased from the Twin Maiden Husks anytime for a pretty low price, but players first have to locate the Ghost-Glovewort Picker's Bell Bearing and offer it to the vendor in Roundtable Hold.
The Ghost-Glovewort Picker's Bell Bearing (1) is found in Nokron, the Eternal City, beneath Limgrave. You can see Nokron from the Siofra River – when met in this underground area, Blaidd comments on how frustrating it is that Nokron is right above him without any way to get up. And indeed Blaidd is right, to get to Nokron you will have to kill General Radahn first.
General Radahn is one of the most powerful beings in Elden Ring, so powerful that he held back the stars themselves. After his defeat, the stars come hurtling down to the Lands Between once more, and one lands smack-dab in the middle of the Mistwood, opening up a hole in the ground that leads to the Eternal City.
The Ghost-Glovewort Picker's Bell Bearing isn't found too deep into Nokron, so head to the Mistwood and safely traverse the rocky path down into the Eternal City's first accessible area. Here you will see a small courtyard with a gazebo. If you fight the Mimic Tear boss, you've gone too far.
