The Nothing Phone (1) has a large battery that charges reasonably fast, but does the smartphone come with a charger in the box? Several phone manufacturers have removed the power adapter from the accessories included in the retail box of their products, and this trend is no longer limited to just flagships. OnePlus is among the only major phone brands that still bundles a charger with its phones.

Samsung doesn't include a charger in the box of a lot of its mid-range smartphones including the Galaxy A13 5G, its cheapest 5G smartphone. Google also no longer ships the Pixel flagship smartphones with a charger, and that trend has also been extended to the Pixel A series as there is no charger in the box of the Pixel 6a.

The Nothing Phone (1) has a 4,500mAh battery to power its 6.5-inch 120Hz OLED display and Snapdragon 778G+ processor. With support for 33W fast wired charging, Nothing says the phone should fully charge in a little over an hour – 70 minutes to be precise. There's also support for 15W wireless charging, but this takes the total charging time up to 120 minutes. Unfortunately, users will have to buy their own charger whether they choose wired or wireless charging, since the Nothing Phone (1) doesn't come with a charger in the box. Save for the phone, the only other accessory in the box is a USB-C cable.
