Here are all of the possible Scarlet Witch variants who could appear in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Like many Marvel characters, Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen) has had a multitude of different versions of herself that have appeared in various Marvel comics and other forms of media over the years. Many of these versions also have a chance of appearing in Doctor Strange 2 thanks to its Multiverse-centric narrative.
One part of Phase 4’s focus on the Multiverse has been the exploration of Variants, the terminology the MCU uses for people who hail from alternate timelines and universes — and Multiverse of Madness looks set to make this a major part of its story. Doctor Stephen Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) is set to deal with Variants of himself, such as an evil version called Sinister Strange, and Defender Strange, a Doctor Strange based on the character’s time on the superhero team called the Defenders. Not only that, but a version of Professor Charles Xavier (Patrick Stewart) is set to appear in the film, and various rumors suggest that alternate versions of Iron Man, Mister Fantastic, and Ghost Rider will also be featured in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.

As a result, trailers for Doctor Strange 2 suggest that Scarlet Witch will also see her Variants appear in the film. Some of these possible Variants derive either from trailers or different stories in the MCU, exemplified best by the alternate, often apocalyptic timelines of What If…?.
