Depending on the player's location, that place will have its own flowers that can only find their perfect blooming conditions in that specific biome. The Red Falling Penstemon is native to the Plaza and cannot be found anywhere else in the Valley. This means that it's actually one of the first flowers that players can collect. And, in the early game, this can be huge given that not all resources are unlocked yet and the choices are very limited.
You can't farm Red Falling Penstemon. Although the Red Falling Penstemon appears in the Foraging tab on the Collection menu, you can invite a Foraging companion to hang out and they won't harvest more flowers. It only works with fruit trees, berry bushes, and spices.
Unfortunately, even though might be one of the first flowers available, it's not that valuable. The Red Falling Penstemon is actually the flower in the Plaza that's worth the least amount of money — it's only worth 18 Star Coins.
