As Disney Dreamlight Valley players explore and interact with the various Disney characters that live in the valley, they will no doubt notice the blue bar in the upper-left-hand corner of their screen. As they engage in activities in the game, they will notice it going up or down. This bar represents players' Energy. During the tutorial mission, Disney Dreamlight Valley implies that the bar is just for using magic to get rid of Night Thorns.
However, Energy is used for way more than just getting rid of weeds spawned by dark magic. This guide will explain every way that Energy gets used and how players can get more.
Disney Dreamlight Valley: How to Get Early Access
When it comes to the use of Energy, almost every single thing that Disney Dreamlight Valley players can do will expend it. Specific activities will drain more Energy than others, especially fishing.
Other activities that could be seen as less strenuous consume less Energy, like planting seeds and watering them with the Watering Can. Actually, harvesting does not consume any energy. As a result, the Energy bar becomes a form of resource management for players. Fortunately, there are several ways to regain Energy, and none of them take very long.
There are two ways to regain lost Energy. The first way is for Disney Dreamlight Valley players to return to their home. The Energy bar will immediately fill up when players walk back into their house. They don't need to wait; they can just walk in and back out and resume whatever they were doing previously. The other option is to eat food.
Players should be aware that while ingredients, fruits, and vegetables can be eaten to restore Energy, they will not restore anywhere near as much as a meal made with several ingredients.
