Given that there are 117 Digimon to befriend in Digimon Survive, it's perhaps understandable why the developers opted to limit the number of collectibles in the game. There are just 15 of them in total, though finding all of the Perceived Memories in Digimon Survive will likely prove to be incredibly frustrating for some players. Not only are they very easy to miss, but finding them all will require three separate playthroughs, which will likely equate to well over 100 hours of playtime.
Digimon Survive: How to Get More Digimon
Perceived Memories can be found by pulling out Takuma's cellphone and scanning distortions in different locations and at different points in Digimon Survive's main story. They're broken up into three sets of five, with the final two chapters of each set locked behind one of the game's three main routes (Moral, Harmony, and Wrathful). Finding all five chapters of a particular set will reward players with a rare item, as well as a significant amount of lore.
Some players have reported finding the first three chapters of each set at later points in the story, so it's possible that they may not be missable. However, it's best to grab them the first time around just to be safe.
Players will be able to find Chapter 1 of Spirited Away by scanning a distortion in the "Woods by Shrine" section of the Forest Area in Part 2.
Chapter 2 of Spirited Away shows up in Part 3 and can be found by scanning a distortion in the "Spider Lily Forest" section of the Forest Area.
Chapter 3 of Spirited Away can be found in Part 6 by scanning a distortion in the "Woods Near City" section of the Second Island Area.
