The Forgotten Tower is a Dungeon in Diablo Immortal that heroes must complete near the end of the Dark Wood questline. This Dungeon becomes accessible once adventurers have finished the quest "Blood Resurrection," during which the protagonist must slay Blood Rose and use its lair's Waypoint to reach the Tree of Inifuss. Shortly afterward, players will be able to enter the Forgotten Tower.
To complete the Forgotten Tower Dungeon in Diablo Immortal, adventurers must accomplish several objectives. The primary goal of the Dungeon is to find and defeat The Countess, the final boss of the instance. Revived by the Bloodsworn Cultists, The Countess is an undead human who seeks to rejuvenate herself to her former glory using the blood of the living. Before heroes can confront this fiendish woman baroness, they must first defeat the Bloodsworn army and slay Bloodsworn Priestess Innaloth. Along the journey, players will encounter a Dying Rogue whose blood has been drained dry by the Bloodsworn Priestess. After hearing his last words, players can continue onward to face the army of the cultists.

The initial area of the Forgotten Tower has several Direwolves roaming the vicinity. Players can slay these mobs for optional loot in Diablo Immortal or continue deeper into the tower to encounter a small unit of Bloodsworn Archers and Spearwomen. A fog gate covers the entrance to Bloodsworn Priestess Innaloth's lair and can only be dispelled by slaying all the Cultists guarding the passage.
