The Call of the Ancients event can be completed in the Frozen Tundra zone in Diablo Immortal. In order to unlock the zone event, players will need to level their character up to 60 and complete the campaign missions. Additionally, the difficulty will need to be changed to Hell mode in order to gain access to the Call of the Ancients event.
There are special events in every major zone, and each one has different requirements, restrictions, and rewards. Events like the Haunted Carriage or Ancient Arena in Diablo Immortal are only active at certain times, so players need to make sure they're ready to participate when the quests start. Luckily, there's no set day or time for the Call of the Ancients event, so it can be completed any time and repeated to farm for rewards.

To trigger the Call of the Ancients event, players will need to defeat enemies in the Frozen Tundra region and collect the essence that drops. Not every enemy will drop essence, so it may take a while to completely fill the meter that's displayed in the quest tracker on the left side of the screen. Luckily, the essence collected by every player in the zone goes toward one shared progression meter. When enough essence is collected, the event will begin.
After completely filling the essence meter, the Call of the Ancients zone event can be completed in Diablo Immortal. A notification will appear on the screen indicating enough essence was collected, then players will have one minute to get to the Ice Clan Village in between the Ancient Graveyard and Bitter Hearth waypoints. After reaching the Ice Clan Village, an Ancient Spirit will need to be escorted across the Frozen Tundra zone.
