Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings is out now on Disney plus, but it hasn't stopped the amount of fans that are invested in this character. More news continues to come out about the movie, and fans have found out that there was concept art for the movie featuring Deadpool.
Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings follows the titular character in his quest to stop his father from utilizing the infamous rings in a plan that might bring the end of the world. In the movie, there was a cage fight arena where people would bet on fighters and watch them duke it out in deadly combat. There, Abomination makes a reintroduction with a much more comic-accurate look. The character hasn't been seen since his debut in The Incredible Hulk, but he was brought back into the Marvel Cinematic Universe battling none other than Wong.

Shared via Murphy's Multiverse, the concept art that was released that showed Deadpool fighting Proxima Midnight in the cage. Proxima, for those who don't remember, was one of "the children of Thanos" who debuted in Avengers: Infinity War. Many had wondered if this was a scrapped battle scene and why they would take it out. Fortunately fans got their questions answered. Marvel's illustrator, Andrew Kim, has said to Chatter Box Film, «Long story short, and sorry to disappoint, but there was no involvement of Deadpool or Proxima in the early going. When I was designing the fight club, my PD mentioned to me that we could see other Marvel characters fighting in the ring when we first revealed the scene.»
