The team behind the upcoming Dead Space remake, Motive Studios, has announced it will be hosting another developer livestream this week. Fans of the Dead Space franchise hoping to finally get a peek at the visual side of the remake won't want to miss out on this inside look.
The Dead Space remake was initially announced in July 2021 and is helmed by Motive Studios, the developer most notably behind Star Wars: Squadrons. The original Dead Space was released in October 2008 and was critically acclaimed due to its extremely atmospheric art design, heart-pounding survival horror gameplay, and mysterious sci-fi horror story. Since then, the franchise has expanded into sequels, spinoffs, comics, novels, and even an animated film, Dead Space: Downfall. Widely considered one of the best horror games of all time, it's no wonder that a modernized remake is highly anticipated.
