Dead by Daylight Releases Tools of Torment Chapter and Major Update

Dead by Daylight has just released its 27th and latest chapter DLC, Tools of Torment, which introduces the cunning Skull Merchant killer as well as two new survivors. The new Dead by Daylight chapter is also accompanied by the free 6.6.0 update which makes sweeping improvements to the game's AI, quality-of-life improvements, visual overhauls to several maps, and plenty of other bug fixes and tweaks.

A ruthless and wealthy hunter, the Skull Merchant has a predatory persona and approaches killing like a big game hunt. Her power lets her deploy 4 drones that automatically scout out and detect survivors, while her various perks help her relentlessly track down her prey. Thalita Lyra is the first new survivor, an upbeat character who has benefits to healing and generator repair speed, while the other new survivor is Renato Lyra whose perks make him particularly difficult to take down.
