A new trailer has arrived for Rob Savage’s latest horror film, Dashcam. The picture centres on a woman named Annie (Annie Hardy) who decides to embark on a journey across the UK as she attempts to escape COVID-19 restrictions in the US. Live-streaming her adventure, Annie’s plans take a sudden and sinister turn after she agrees to help an elderly woman. Amar-Chada-Patel, Angela Enahoro and James Swanton fill out the cast of Dashcam, which made its official premiere at the 2021 Toronto International Film Festival in September and currently holds a 53% rating from critics on Rotten Tomatoes.
In the latest trailer released by Momentum Pictures, what starts as a seemingly cheerful car ride quickly descends into something darker after Annie takes Angela as a passenger. Watched on by her online following, Annie grows increasingly distressed by the troubling supernatural events that begin to occur all around her. Accompanied by her friend Stretch, the pair attempt to flee from the mysterious force that pursues them, growing increasingly violent as the night wears on. Check out the Dashcam trailer below:
