Volition's new Saints Row reboot has been out for about a month now, leaving both fans and critics with mixed feelings. Various interviews with developers and the official Saints Row social media presence prior to release caused much excitement for the return of this beloved franchise. Yet, for a game promised to return to feelings evoked by the renowned second and third entries of the franchise, many Saints Row players were disappointed to find little to write home about in Santo Ileso.
