Announced during the Xbox Games Showcase, InXile's next game is Clockwork Revolution, steampunk first-person RPG. You will battle massive mechs, use steampunk-inspired weaponry, and fight against the rulers of the city.
The trailer shows off fast-paced first-person shooting, but steampunk guns aren't the only weapon at your disposal. There is other advanced technology, like shock grenades, a device that makes enemies float, and even time travel. Time travel seems to play a big part in the story of Clockwork Revolution, showing off different versions of the city depending on who has control over time.

Detailed in the Xbox Wire, Clockwork Revolution takes place in the Victorian-era city of Avalon, which ruled by Lady Ironwood, who has used time travel to change key moments in history, amassing her own fortune at the expense of the working class. You obtain a time-travel device and must go back to key moments to fight back against Lady Ironwood in order to change the present.
Clockwork Revolution was not given a release window, but will launch on Xbox Series X|S and PC. It will also be included as part of Xbox Game Pass at launch.
