Monica Aldama has appeared as the coach at Navarro College on Cheer and has just released a new book called Full Out. Monica said that she was getting a lot of messages from fans asking her for advice on a variety of topics, from cheerleading to relationships to parenting. With the extra free time she had during the COVID-19 pandemic, Monica was able to sit down and write her memoir.
Monica and the Navarro College Cheer Team have won 14 National Championships in Daytona since 2000. While filming Cheer season 2, however, Navarro was dealing with their newfound fame, living in the spotlight, and still trying to hold onto their spot as champions. Despite losing the 2021 Championship, Navarro is still the team to beat at any cheerleading competition largely in part due to Monica's coaching.
