Check Out These Adorable Super Mario Bros. Movie Toys
Super Mario Bros. Movie hits theaters on April 7, but a new lineup of toys will be arriving much earlier. In fact, you’ll be able to get your hands on official action figures based on the animated film on February 26--with Mario, Luigi, Peach, Toad, Bowser, and other familiar faces arriving later this month.
The Super Mario Bros Movie 5-inch Figure Series Wave One features Mario, Peach, Luigi, and Toad, with each figure offering between 8 and 16 points of articulation along with a unique accessory from the film (such as a plunger for Mario or flashlight for Luigi). Each figure will cost $20.
Bowser, meanwhile, is offered as an exclusive 7-inch action figure that features a «fire-breathing» effect and 15 points of articulation. To achieve the fire effect, you’ll need to add both water and batteries to the King Koopa. You’ll also need to drop a bit more cash, as the giant Bowser figure clocks in at $30.
