With the recent announcement that Season of Discovery Phase 4 will be coming on July 11th, Blizzard has also announced some changes to the Raid Lockout schedule. Starting in Phase 4, all raids will be reset twice weekly on Tuesday and Saturday mornings.

This decision is based on feedback from the early Phases of Season of Discovery, where the 3-day Lockout was difficult to manage since Lockouts would fall on different days every week.

In Phase 3, the developers moved to a weekly lockout schedule, to add stability to this cadence. The bi-weekly lockout cadence in Phase 4 aims to provide the consistency of lockouts always falling on the same days of the week, while also giving players more opportunities to raid each week.
