Director Ridley Scott has announced that a Blade Runner TV series is in development. The filmmaker has revealed that a pilot has been written for the show based on the classic sci-fi movie.
In an interview with the BBC, Scott suggested that the potential Blade Runner show would be a 10-episode series. «We [have] written the pilot for Blade Runner and the bible,» he said. «So, we're already presenting Blade Runner as a TV show, the first 10 hours.»
