Yes, the messaging platform is now rolling out a useful feature for the WhatsApp web and desktop client that is the ability to pause and resume voice recordings. Informing about the same, WABetaInfo tweeted, "WhatsApp Desktop beta lets you pause and resume voice recordings! The ability to pause and resume voice notes during recording is now available for the desktop client."
"When WhatsApp has released the possibility to join the official beta program of WhatsApp Desktop, WhatsApp has also rolled out the feature to listen to voice notes before sending them. Today, WhatsApp is rolling out an improvement of the feature, letting you pause and resuming voice recordings!," WABetaInfo further said in a report.
Sharing a screenshot of the update, it showed a pause button which can now be used to pause the recording and also to listen to it before finally sending it to your contact. According to WABetaInfo, this feature is already available on WhatsApp for iOS, however, there is no availability of the same on WhatsApp beta for Android yet.
