There are three levels of heating and fuel storage in Bear and Breakfast, and each will require Hank to collect building materials from around the Dump in A24.
The basic heater will not heat the building very well, and it will plow through fuel so fast that Hank will have trouble collecting enough in Bear and Breakfast to keep the heaters going. Thankfully, he unlocks the second and third levels of heaters fairly quickly, which both work far better than the level 1 heater, and neither of them use up fuel as quickly.
While it is bad to keep guests cold at any property, they cannot be too warm. Build at least three level 2 heating units or two level 3 heating units and keep them filled with fuel to make sure that the location is warm enough at all times.
