Start a romance with the Drow, Minthara, in Baldur's Gate 3.

The Baldur's Gate 3 Minthara romance comes out of left field. This is mostly because of the decisions that you need to make, which will alienate and displease your other companions. Still, this is your only shot if you want to cozy up with this Drow Paladin. Our guide discusses how you can side with and eventually romance Minthara during the campaign.
The Baldur's Gate 3 Minthara romance has a few notable requirements:
This is quite different from the usual playthrough, whereupon you're likely to side with the Tieflings and Druids, given that the Goblins are the baddies. Still, you'll have to follow a specific path if you want to romance Minthara in Baldur's Gate 3. Bear in mind that this path isn't liked by your companions, and there are consequences down the road:
To find Minthara in Baldur's Gate 3, you'll want to cross the stone bridge west of the Druid Grove. From there, go past the Blighted Village to reach the Goblin Camp. There are large double doors at the fort, which take you to the Shattered Sanctum where Minthara awaits. Due to numerous hostiles, we suggest using various skill/ability checks during dialogue sequences so you can avoid battles. Alternatively, you can choose Illithid Wisdom, too.
Once you're inside the Shattered Sanctum, go to the northeast. The route to Minthara requires you to climb up the ladder in front of the Worg Pens doorway. There are various replies here, including Deception and Intelligence checks. The important thing is to avoid saying that you're hunting for her/you're planning to kill her. Eventually, you'll be able to mark down the location of the Druid Grove, and she'll begin preparations for the raid.
