Baine and Lor'themar Conversation in Shadowlands Epilogue

Baine has a stay a while prompt in the Arbiter's Chamber (talk to Tal-Inara in the Enclave to gain access anytime after completing the Epilogue questline!). He talks with Lor'themar about people they would want to find in the Shadowlands.

Story Spoilers Ahead. Lor'themar: To think we now stand on the other side of the veil. That those we lost await us here among these countless afterlives. Lor'themar: Is there… anyone you would seek out, Baine? For one last conversation before you reutnr to the land of the living? Baine: No need to spare my feelings, Lor'themar. You are asking if I wish to find my father. Baine: The truth is… I do not need to. His spirit is always with me, where I go, whatever I do. Guiding me just as his ancestors guided him. Baine: And what of you? Is there someone you would visit, given the chance? Lor'themar: Prince Kael'thas. Long have I held the title of Regent Lord, all the while wondering if I was truly suited to lead my people. Lor'themar: I would ask the last liege of Silvermoon if he regrets the choices he made. A chance to mend old wounds, and perhaps feel that the torch has truly been passed. Baine: A feeling I understand all too well. I pray your conversation brings you the peace you seek, my friend.

Baine has been an under-utilized character in Shadowlands, initially captured by Sylvanas' valkyr and brought to the Maw at the start of the expansion. After being freed by the player, he's mostly taken a background role in the expansion in contrast to the other faction leaders. The Tauren Heritage Armor questline strongly hinted at a Shadowlands reunion between Baine and his parents:
