Crafting is one of the features unlocked through story progression in Babylon's Fall. Once crafting is unlocked, players will have the ability to create new weapons and armor for their Sentinel. The item crafted will match the player's current power level, so it's likely anything crafted will be replaced after a few quests are completed. However, crafting is a good way to get better gear quickly without having to replay earlier quests.
In order to unlock crafting in Babylon's Fall, players will need to complete the Volcanic Cloister, which is the third area of the tower. After completing the boss fight in Babylon's Fall against Moira, Sentinels can return to the Sentinal Force HQ to speak to Ishum at the Forge. Ishum will explain that blueprints and resources are needed to start crafting. Players may already have some crafting materials, but blueprints need to be unlocked or purchased.

Blueprints are immediately available in the shop for 10,000 Conches each. Unfortunately, the blueprints don't show what materials are needed to craft the armor or weapon item, so players will need to purchase the blueprint first, then check at the Forge to see if they have the materials necessary to craft the gear. A lot of the legendary blueprints require players to complete quests, and the requirements will be shown when visiting the Forge and viewing any locked piece of equipment.
