Ashava World Boss Currently Experiencing Issues in Diablo IV Beta

Update: Players have been looking forward to testing Ashava, the World Boss in Diablo IV Beta. However, we've run into a snag — Ashava can't manage to get into the login queue either.
Blizzard is aware, as per a tweet by Adam Fletcher. Ashava should have spawned at 10 a.m., 12 p.m., 10 p.m. and midnight PDT, but clearly the 10 a.m.
