Lastly, there will be a new Apple Watch Pro that will replace those high-end Apple Watch models made of exotic model. Apple will position the latter as a rugged option for those seeking adventure.
The information comes from Bloomberg analyst Mark Gurman, who confirms that the Apple Watch lineup is going to get the biggest upgrades in a long time. While the Series 8 and Watch SE are likely to look the same as the current-get models, it will be the Apple Watch Pro that will get a completely new design. It will still have a rectangular design instead of a circular one like the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4.
The Apple Watch Pro, other than the new design, will have a large display that will be 7 percent larger than the Watch 7's display. Gurman says the watch will have a 1.9-inch display, which is much bigger than the 45mm Series 7 display. Additionally, this display will be made of shatter-resistant material, which will make it more suited for outdoor activity. He also says that the Watch pro with its bigger size could end up being too large for most users.
Other than the display, the Apple Watch Pro is also likely to have a body made out of durable and lightweight titanium material. The bigger body will also accommodate a bigger capacity battery that will improve the endurance.
