Apple might be working on an input device with an integrated computer. As wild as this might sound, a patent filed by Apple shows that the company has explored various ways of creating a keyboard with all the necessary computing components inside. This is not the first time that an unusual patent from Apple has surfaced. A recent patent by the company describes self-lacing shoes.

In addition to controlling the smartwatch, it is possible that the sensor could be used to measure the wearer's blood oxygen level, heart rate, blood pressure, and other health-related vitals. The patent also mentions that an Apple Watch without moving parts will be more durable in general.

The 'Computer In An Input Device' patent explains the design of a hybrid keyboard that contains "components of a high performance computer" and can be connected to an external display to "provide a computing experience that is similar to a desktop computing experience."
Essentially, Apple wants to stuff a Mac inside a keyboard and this could result in some practical benefits. If the company does manufacture the device, it will virtually eliminate the need to carry a hefty laptop to the workplace, college, or elsewhere. In fact, the device could
