Animal Crossing: New Horizons and JDRF are teaming up to raise awareness for Type 1 diabetes. The organization JDRF funds research and advocates for those with Type 1 diabetes and has created an island in New Horizons that reflects the experiences of those living with the condition.
Animal Crossing: New Horizons allows players to create their own islands as well as clothing and furniture designs, and fans have used this creative control to produce an incredible amount of fan content. Players also interact with various adorable characters that they can invite to live on their island. In New Horizons, which is broadly considered to be the best Animal Crossing game, fans can share these creations as well by sharing Dream Address codes to allow other players to «dream» and visit their islands.
