The Happy Home Paradise DLC in Animal Crossing: New Horizons is full of new places to explore, and uses a new currency called Poki. It is essentially an entirely new game added within Animal Crossing, which also has its 2.0 update available for everyone, even going so far as to put the new content on an island separate from the rest of the game.
Poki can only be used on Paradise Planning Island, where Bells are not accepted. The same in the inverse, with Bells being the only currency accepted
