Amazon Prime Gaming is offering up several free games for the month of August to reward members of the popular subscription service. Amazon Prime members will be able to claim six free titles in August along with a wide variety of in-game items for Pokemon GO,League of Legends, andFall Guys.
Amazon Prime Gaming, formerly known as Twitch Prime, is an increasingly popular addon to Amazon Prime subscriptions with free games and claimable in-game content made available each month. The service has seen serious growth in the last two years, with membership doubling and over 420 million offers and 80 million free games claimed by Prime members. Similar to Epic Games Store's free game offers, Amazon Prime Gaming seeks to attract new subscribers by offering an impressive number of AAA titles. Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order,Mass Effect Legendary Edition, World War Z: Aftermath, and Madden 22 are just some of the free games already given out this year.

Starting on August 1, six new games will be available for free to Amazon Prime Gaming subscribers. Blizzard's remake of their popular sci-fi real-time strategy game StarCraft: Remastered will be available for free, along with a handful of lesser-known indie titles. The other free titles include point-and-click adventure gameZak McKracken and the Alien Mindbenders, 3D adventure game Beasts of Maravilla Island, sci-fi 3D platformer Recompile, fast-paced platformer ScourgeBringer, and hidden object mystery game Family Mysteries: Poisonous Promises. In total, the free games add up to roughly $70 USD in MSRP value.
Accompanying the free games is Amazon's usual assortment of in-game claimable rewards for several popular titles.
