Annapurna Interactive, publisher of the recent Stray, held its second showcase earlier today. The fresh lineup of games caused many a viewer to no doubt exclaim “ooh,” “ahh,” and “wha.” There were many neat PC game announcements during the Annapurna Showcase today, and we listed them up with their trailers.

Probably standing as one of the more impressive games during the 2022 Annapurna Showcase, The Lost Wild is a first-person adventure game with dinosaurs. It’s a survival horror game by developer Great Ape Games, and it’ll release on PC in 2024. It’s a long ways away, for sure, but the new teaser trailer makes a convincing argument that it could be worth the wait.
Hindsight is a game coming to us from Joel McDonald, the creator of Prune. The narrative game follows the life of a woman from birth, who’s trying to “make sense of it all.” In the game, you investigate seemingly normal objects that hide secrets. Using various camera angles allows you to peer into these things, which take you through the protagonist’s memories. It’s an intriguing one, no doubt, and it’ll be available this year.
Flock is another new PC game announced during the 2022 Annapurna Showcase. As you might imagine, Flock is all about “the joy of flight.” You and some friends can gather together to collect creatures, flying alongside. It looks like a colorful, peaceful game. We don’t have a release window for it yet, but you can read more about it over on its Steam page.
