All Of Us Are Dead is currently the top-viewed series on Netflix internationally. It’s number two in the US and Canada, just edged out of the top spot by romantic drama Sweet Magnolias, but everywhere else is all about the zombie apocalypse.
Netflix hasn't confirmed a season two of All Of Us Are Dead just yet, but it sounds like director Lee Jae-kyoo would be just fine with a second season. In fact, he's already given some thought to what it might be about. Minor spoilers are ahead in case you haven't seen the show yet.

In an interview with the Korea Herald, Lee said talked about the show's filming and his aspirations for a second season. "Many directions, settings and scenes were intentionally produced to expand the story into an additional season, including the introduction of the new races of zombies," said Lee, referring to the immune characters or "half-zombies" as the show refers to them. These characters don't succumb to the zombie virus like most of Hyosan High School, instead giving the infected superhuman strength and senses.
“If the first season can be seen as having presented humanity‘s survival, the next season can talk about the survival of zombies. I hope to present viewers with another season,” Lee added.
Later in the interview, Lee talked about the difficulties of making a high school drama (that also happens to be a zombie apocalypse show) as a 51-year-old man.
"It has been more than 30 years since I graduated high school," Lee admitted. "I carefully monitored the expressions and behaviors of high school students today, though it was not easy. Some actions and expressions of today’s students were very difficult to comprehend with the mind of an adult. We
