With nothing to lose, the Pratt Daddy Crystals founder started his own series on TikTok, which a fan helped him name The Spills, where he reveals previously unknown secrets about how the show was made. Fans have long speculated that The Hills was not as real as it claimed to be, but now Spencer is giving them the evidence they've been seeking.
So far, the show's perceived villain confessed he'd gone on a staged date with Audrina while he was supposedly in a committed relationship with Heidi. According to Spencer, he and Heidi were not yet exclusive, and she was actually dating other guys too. He also let fans in on the disturbing fake pregnancy storyline where producers had a young Heidi pretend to think she'd gotten pregnant, even though the whole situation was made up by producers many years her senior.
