Warning! SPOILERS for All of Us Are Dead.
All of Us Are Dead's halfbies or zombie hybrids are asymptomatic for the most part, a fact that has raised questions about the infection status of one key character. Once they learn to control their zombie urges, halfbies can pass off as human very easily. Things escalated very quickly during the pilot episode of All of Us Are Dead. After getting bitten by an infected hamster, Kim Hyeon-ju (Jung Yi-seo) gets imprisoned by Lee Byeong-chan (Kim Byung-chul) inside Hyosan High School's science lab. When Hyeon-ju escapes, she is taken to the clinic, where she is restrained by nurses and several students who get scratched and bitten – starting the quick spread of the Jonas Virus. One of these students is Nam On-jo (Park Ji-hoo).

It wasn't On-jo, but the nurse who got bitten
