During the pre-launch period of the iPhone 14 lineup most analysts strongly hinted that the new upcoming giant offering instead of the mini iPhone will be called iPhone 14 Max. But later, it turned out to be the iPhone 14 Plus. Now, it seems that Apple is changing the nomenclature that we have seen for years on another model. As per Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, the next year's Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max might be called iPhone 15 Ultra. This could be a strategy to differentiate the top-end model of the lineup from all the others. Currently, there isn't much difference between the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max, besides the large size.
