The iPhone 13 went GREEN in India a month ago and Samsung decided to do the same for its “Ultra phone”. The Galaxy S22 Ultra, which is our current favourite in the luxurious smartphone segment, has now got a green colour variant in India. Although some may think this comes inspired from the recent “green-ing” of the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro, Samsung was the first one to announce the green colour variant on the Galaxy S22 Ultra and it brings it now to the Indian market.
With the new colour, the prices and specs remain unchanged. The Green variant is only available on the Galaxy S22 Ultra 12GB/256GB variant, which will set you back by Rs. 1,09,999. The variant has already gone on sale from today across various retailers, both online and offline. The usual offers are also applicable on this colour variant. Customers buying Galaxy S22 Ultra will continue to get the Galaxy Watch 4 worth Rs. 26,999 at just Rs. 2,999. Additionally, Galaxy Note series customers will get upgrade bonus of Rs. 12,000 while Galaxy S series, Galaxy Z Fold series and Galaxy Z Flip series customers will get upgrade bonus of Rs. 8,000.
While the colour is new on the outside, it is the same phone on this inside as the regular Galaxy S22 Ultra. Hence, you get the same amazing 6.8-inch Quad HD+ AMOLED display with a variable refresh rate of between 1Hz to 120Hz. The S Pen stylus is also present with reduced latency on this display.
